Think back to the time you wanted to bake, but your mom definitely did not. (No your mom joke intended)
Her solution: Simple! No Bake Cookies. Less of a mess and you didn’t even know the difference. So long as you got your sugar fix.
Well I’m about to blow your mind, because these little pups aren’t your normal No Bake Cookies, they are super cool, edgy, no bake cookies. Now I know you’re asking me… how? Brooke, how can No bake cookies be edgy? Easy little baby, they are Salted Chocolate Cashew No Bake Cookies. And they pretty much slay. Think the Beyonce of the cookie game. Dramatic, I know. Of course there is more to love about these little chocolate-y circles of goodness!
Honey was used to sweeten the cookie which is a better alternative than the refined white sugar that you typically see. Basically this was my breakfast meal prep for the week! Myself, I’m more of a salty sweet type of person. Always have been. And the flavor of these cookies will absolutely knock your socks off.
Well, what are you waiting for (especially if you have 10 minutes to spare) Whip these up, You won’t regret it!
