It’s almost Memorial Day and just in the nick of time, I have something for you: Paleo Hot Dogs with Cilantro Aioli!
Being on a paleo diet can be so difficult around family gatherings. And while usually, family gatherings means buns of all kinds. Not to worry, these paleo hot dogs a wrapped in lettuce meaning you are all set for upcoming festivities!
But for real though, can we talk about the fact that Memorial day is right around the corner?!
It’s basically already summer here in Phoenix. Yesterday, it temped out at 101 degrees. In April. I guess this means the melting has begun. Which as you guys know, this is my LEAST favorite time of the year here. But, I’m pumped because we do have a trip planned to the east coast. AND I’VE NEVER BEEN!! If you have any must do’s while in Boston, let me know!!

Anywho, Back to the matter at hand!
Paleo Hot Dogs, duh. So these are ahhh-mazing! Seriously. Outside of them being paleo, because they are served in lettuce wraps you aren’t going to feel like a beached whale after eating them.
Now obviously, there really isn’t much to this recipe. But you can literally customize these dogs however your little heart desires!
I opted for yellow mangos, red bell pepper, jalepeno, and red onion. I love combining sweet, savory, and spicy. To top off these paleo hot dogs, I made a cilantro aioli that was out of this world.
I was thinking next time, I might do more of a Mexican hot dog. I can already taste the gaucamole.
Well alright world there you have it!!
Save these paleo hot dogs for memorial or make them for lunch tomorrow, the choice is yours.
