Summer is for bbq’s, snacks, and more snacks. I don’t make the rules, I just follow them. This baked goat cheese dip with pepper jelly is layers of dippy complexity and I’m here for it. Creamy with a sweet bite. It will most DEFINITELY be a hit at your next get together. Or if you just feel like getting snacky with it, who am I to judge. It’s super easy to make so hop to it!
Baked Goat Cheese Dip with Pepper Jelly
All my cheese lovers have GOT to try this Baked Goat Cheese Dip with Pepper Jelly Perfect for get togethers and sure to be a family fav.
Ingredients
- 10 Oz Goat Cheese, Room Temp
- 2 8-oz Packs Cream Cheese, Room Temp
- 2 Cloves Garlic, rough chopped
- 1/4 cup Chives, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Pepper Jelly
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
In a food processor, add goat cheese, cream cheese, garlic, chives, and salt. Blend until completely mixed and whipped. Add to bake safe dish that can hold 26 oz. Bake for 15-20 minutes
Remove from oven, and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Make sure to mix pepper jelly so it becomes runny, pour over baked cheese!
Serve with your favorite crackers or baked cheese points!
